Anything else you鈥檇 like to add:

Daugherty: To all the youth that is out there, don’t compare your path to others because everyone’s lives and paths are different. Make the most of what you can and have fun doing it. Starting a hard task may need motivation at first, but discipline and consistency gets the job done. Motivation is an emotion that comes and goes. Discipline is an aspect of character. Discipline is whether or not you choose to say yes to things that are good for you that you may not want to do at the moment and understanding that the hard work will pay off.
