The order of this list is determined by 鈥� 鈥渁 proprietary algorithm that compiles prospect 鈥榬ankings鈥� and 鈥榬atings鈥� listed in the public domain by the major media recruiting services. It converts average industry ranks and ratings into a linear composite index capping at 1.0000.鈥澨�
A scouting rate of 1.0000 indicates that the athlete is ranked as a No. 1 prospect across all services. Only six football players in history have achieved a perfect scouting rate.听
