4. Thomas Steen, F, 1981-95
When the Jets drafted Steen in the fifth round of the 1979 NHL Draft, they likely did not expect to bring in one of the best players in franchise history. But nonetheless, the Swedish center聽 spent his entire 14-year NHL career in Winnipeg. The defensive-minded forward had his No. 25 retired by the organization in 1995.
Congrats to Thomas Steen a honoured Jets Hall of Fame player. Steen鈥檚 950 games is the most by any Winnipeg Jet. He scored 264 goals while adding 553 assists for 817 points. Steen could overpower goalies with his shot but preferred to show off his soft hands and deft touch
