Pomperaug HS athletes to compete at Division 1 level
SOUTHBURY, Conn. — Five student-athletes from Pomperaug High School gathered with their families and coaches on Wednesday, November 15th, 2022, on the first day of the NCAA鈥檚 early signing period to sign national letters of intent to participate in sports at the Division 1 collegiate level.
鈥淲e are proud of our student-athletes and wish them continued success in their athletic careers,鈥� said Ron Plasky, Director of Athletics for Pomperaug High School.
Signing their letters are Front Row (L-R): Colin Martin, Men鈥檚 Swimming, Iona University; Collin Thompson, Men鈥檚 Swimming, Bryant University; Emma Pfeiffer, Women鈥檚 Cross Country/Track & Field,聽 Florida Southern College.
