Manns was a first-team all-state selection last year. The 6-foot-3 guard played a key role in Lloyd C. Bird High School鈥檚 19-3 record last season. Manns is a talented scorer and with him as one of the senior leaders for the Skyhawks, the team will be one to pay attention to this season.聽
