7. Collin Tanner, SF, Combine Academy
As a junior, Tanner played for Wayne Country Day in Goldsboro. He averaged 21.7 points, 2.3 assists and 7.8 rebounds to go with averaging just over a steal a game. At 6-foot-6, he can play outside, shooting 43% from 3-point range, and attack the rim. He had 13 double-doubles in 32 games.
