Top 10 Indiana QBs for 2022 HS football season
3. Christian Abney, Sr., Zionsville
Abney had an up-and-down 2021 campaign due to missing six weeks with a collarbone injury. When on the field, he was impressive, throwing over 1,000 yards and 11 touchdowns while also rushing for an additional 184 yards and seven scores. He returned in time for Zionsville鈥檚 final playoff games including a state championship loss to Cathedral. This season, the 6-foot-5, 215-pound signal-caller has thrown for over 800 yards and 12 touchdowns as Zionsville has started 4-1. Earlier this summer, Abney officially committed to continue his football career at Ball State.
A 30yd TD pass by commit Christian Abney puts Zionsville up 7-0 over Franklin Central late in the first half.
