6. Mason Wunderlich, Sr., Evansville Mater Dei
Wunderlich led Evansville Mater Dei all the way to the IHSAA Class 2A state championship game last season, and has his squad off to a 3-2 start in 2022. The senior put up impressive numbers in 2021 with 2,671 passing yards and 34 total touchdowns. Thus far in 2022, the 6-foot-5, 220-pound standout has continued to look strong, passing for 850 yards while completing nearly 63% of his throws. The big-bodied quarterback鈥檚 strength and athleticism should lead to a college football opportunity somewhere next season.
