University School of Milwaukee football team off to undefeated start
MILWAUKEE — The excitement for the undefeated University School of Milwaukee football team is high! They played their hearts out on聽September 16th winning their away conference game against聽Lake Country Lutheran (Hartland, WI)聽by a score of聽28-27. Coach Brian Sommers shares, “The team is off to one of the best starts in school history and tonight (9/23) we will honor the seniors in a game vs Shoreland Lutheran. Despite our solid start to the season, we know how challenging the Metro Classic Conference is and we must maintain our hard-working approach.聽 As long as we continue to play for one another, believe in our TEAM mentality, and pay attention to the small details of football, we might be in a position to go 1-0 again this week.” We look forward to recapping more of the fall sports highlights.
