Dothan football completes comeback victory
DOTHAN, Ala. — The Dothan High Wolves improved to 3-1 (2-1 in region play) last week with a come-from-behind win over Prattville. After a lightning delay, the Wolves were down 10-0 going into the 4th quarter. About halfway through the quarter, Dothan’s Raymon Blackmon scored on a 1-yard run and Wesley Farmer kicked the PAT to make it 10-7. With only 1:28 left, Prattville fumbled the ball and Wolves Kendall Brewer picked it up and ran it back 70 yards to make it 14-10 with Farmer’s PAT. Prattville got the ball back, but the Wolves’ defense came up big again recovering a fumble with only 1:03 left to secure the victory. Dothan will be on the road again on Friday, September 16 for another region game at Smiths Station.
