FREDERICKSBURG, Texas — The FbgXC22 teams had their first regular season meet on Sat, Aug 20^th.  Fbg’s teams competed in two divisions, the Varsity Boys 1A-4A Division and the Varsity Girls 5A/6A Division.  All races were 4K and our teams came away with their first wins of the season!

We have a long way to go in order to be ready for the championship phase of the season.  I was very pleased with how everyone performed against good competition.

This event the kids enjoyed running at night when the sun was setting rather than the morning.

Our boys started the night off with our top 5 runners all earning medals.

Derek Adams was 6^th.

Darius Parstabar was 8^th.

Logan Stifford finished 10^th.

Dylan Sifford came in 11^th.

Emmitt Harper was 13^th.

Their combined score of 48 placed them first in their division!

Our girls finished off the night with our top 5 runners all earning medals.

Taylor Grona finished 2^nd.

Ann Claire Cop was 4^th.

Rilyn Grona was 5^th.

Ava Stuewe came in 9^th.

Anna Munoz rounded out our top 5 in 13^th.

Their combined score of 33 also placed them first in their division against some quality 5A-6A teams!
