4. Taron Dickens, Sr., Miami Northwestern
The three-star quarterback remains uncommitted as he waits for some Power 5 offers, but there is no doubt that Dickens is one of the best Florida has at the quarterback position. Last season, the 5-foot-11 standout led the state with 3,743 passing yards while completing 70% of his passes. Averaging over 267 passing yards per game, Dickens threw for an impressive 42 touchdowns while being intercepted just eight times. The Miami-Dade 8A-6A Offensive Player of the Year also had 487 rushing yards and nine rushing touchdowns on the season. Also a track star at Miami Northwestern, Dickens will look to build on last year鈥檚 10-4 campaign, and a similar senior season could see him break Miami-Dade County鈥檚 all-time passing yards record.
