3. Mark Fletcher, Sr., American Heritage

An Ohio State verbal commit, Fletcher has proved to be one of the best running backs from Florida. Last year, in just eight games, he rushed for 778 yards and scored 13 TDs. He also caught 12 passes for 171 yards. Heritage wasn’t able to make the playoffs as was forced to play quarterback last season. However, Fletcher did Rush for 139 yards and two touchdowns against eventual Class 4A state champion Cardinal Gibbons.
