7. Keith Goganious, LB, Green Run
After being an All-Beach District, All-Tidewater and all-state selection at linebacker his senior year for Green Run, Goganious went on to star for Penn State. Goganious excelled for the Nittany Lions, which helped him become a third-round pick, No. 83 overall, by the Bills in the 1992 NFL Draft. Goganious played in five NFL seasons, three with the Bills and one each with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Baltimore Ravens, participating in 74 games with 31 starts, registering 188 total tackles, two interceptions, a fumble recovery and a sack.
