UW-Eau Claire women鈥檚 soccer earns College Team Academic Award
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — United Soccer Coaches has announced the College Team Academic Award winners, recognized for their exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2021-22 academic year. The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women’s soccer program earned the honor with their hard work in the classroom during the 2021 season.
The Blugolds were one of the 500 women’s teams to receive the reward with their cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.49. UW-Eau Claire was also one of the six聽Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference聽schools to earn the award along with聽UW-La Crosse,聽UW-Oshkosh, UW-Platteville, 聽UW-Stevens Point and聽UW-Whitewater.
This marks the 18th聽season the Blugolds have collected this award (2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021).
