7. London Montgomery, RB, Scranton Prep
Last season, Scranton Prep enjoyed a perfect 11-0 campaign entering a quarterfinal matchup against Wyomissing. For Montgomery, an injury would knock him out of the action, but his season-long impact could be felt from the very beginning. Behind 2,356 yards and 36 touchdowns, Montgomery proved to be one of, if not the top, running backs in the state. The 5-foot-10 rising senior averaged 12.1 yards per carry throughout the campaign and has the Cavaliers primed for another run at a PIAA state championship. It鈥檚 going to be tough to touch his totals from last season, but the Penn State commit has all the tools to give it a run.
