The first true skill position player to make the list is Elzy, a talented receiver out of Simeon Career Academy in Chicago. The four-star recruit is a , and his 6-foot-3, 200-pound frame allows him to be a powerful receiver who can get up and make contested catches while also getting yards after the catch.聽

A tremendous two-way player who also stars in Simeon鈥檚 secondary, Elzy made 33 tackles, forced a fumble and made three interceptions last season, two of which he returned for touchdowns. On the offensive side of the ball, the Simeon standout had 32 catches, 625 yards and 12 touchdowns. Elzy will join an up-and-coming Cincinnati Bearcats program after his final season with the Wolverines is done.
