2. Jyaire Hill, ATH, Kankakee

Hill will look to continue his dominance at Kankakee this fall. Like many on this list, Hill is a multi-sport athlete as a state champion in track. He also led Kankakee to an IHSA 5A runner-up finish on the football field in 2021. The 6-foot-3, 180-pound cornerback had nine interceptions and over 50 tackles last season, also adding over 450 rushing yards and finding the end zone multiple times as an all-conference and all-state performer. Hill comes from good genes as his father, Joeron Sr., played college football at Northern Illinois, and his brother, Joeron Jr., currently plays at Iowa State. Next year, Jyaire will follow in their footsteps somewhere but has yet to make an official college commitment.
