8. Collin Gill, CB, St. John鈥檚 College
Gill is a prototypical size for Division I cornerbacks. At 6-foot, 200 pounds, Gill has the length to go up against big receivers while having the foot speed and quickness to keep up with the speedier receivers. Though he didn鈥檛 record any big stats in terms of interceptions, Gill was able to separate receivers from the ball on multiple occasions resulting in pass deflections and forced fumbles. A second team all-WCAC selection, Gill was a key contributor to a St. John鈥檚 team that finished the year a perfect 11-0 and as WCAC champions. The defensive back, who held 33 offers, the University of Oregon on June 23.
