What is your biggest challenge in your sport, and what do you do to manage this challenge?
Fitch, Jr.: Playing in hard games. Never stop competing!
What was the best advice you were ever given?
Fitch, Jr.: Keep getting up no matter what, and keep pushing though.
What do you love about your sport?
Fitch, Jr.: The way that it impacts me as both a player and a person.
Do you have a pregame ritual you follow?
Fitch, Jr.: I always look up to the sky for my Grandmother.
What do you like to do outside of your sport?
Fitch, Jr.: Hanging out with my friends and playing video games.
What has being a member of a team taught you?
Fitch, Jr.: Courtesy, teamwork, communication and how to be a better leader.
What is the best piece of advice you received from a coach or mentor?
Fitch, Jr.: Mistakes are better than perfection. There is always a lesson to be learned.
Describe a mistake you made while competing and how you overcame it.
Fitch, Jr.: I missed my assignment on a play resulting in a sack and I overcame it by not giving up another one.
