Brookfield tennis excelling beyond expectations
BROOKFIELD, Conn. —聽Rather than focus on individuals, we are highlighting a team that has had an exceptional season this Spring and is heading into the CIAC state tournaments with a high seed.
Boys Varsity Tennis
The BHS tennis teams鈥� regular season record was 10 wins and 1 loss. They are ranked #2 in the State class M rankings.聽 Says Coach Rich Garafalo 鈥渢his is the best we’ve done in my 8 years coaching varsity tennis!鈥澛� The teams鈥� captains are all seniors; Trem Ampeloquio, Jake Kelly, Rohan Sakamuri and Colby Jaros.聽 All had outstanding seasons as did my #1 doubles (Kai Gemmell & Nikhil Vudattu) and #2 doubles (Ryan Keith & Tyler Hand.)
