West Shore Wildcats look to continue winning streak
MELBOURNE, Fla. — The West Shore Boys LAX team started out strong this season winning games against Melbourne CC, Satellite Beach, Merritt Island and Edgewood.
Hayden Millband (11 goals), Luke Herrman (11 ground balls-currently on injured list) and Kellen Fitzgerald (14 saves) have achieved great success so far this season. In their win over Satellite Beach Zach Johnson had a great game. He was 4 for 4 scoring goals, had one assist and snatched nine loose balls. Injuries have plagued the team and several beachside boys, Spencer Lynes, Ethan Bergman, Ryan Herbruger, Treven Lynes, Ryan Weaver, Brady Wright, Harper Millband, and Zac Zammas, have stepped up to fill in where needed to make the team as strong as it can be.
With 5 games to play this season the players and Coach Herrman will do their best to continue their winning streak! No matter the outcome, they can be proud of themselves and learn from both their wins and losses. Go Wildcats!
