Woodgrove girls look to stay undefeated as they host VHSL Region 5D Final
PURCELLVILLE, Va. — Woodgrove High School (26-0) looks to stay undefeated on their journey to the state championship. They host Briar Woods (16-7) Tuesday night at 7 p.m. in this matchup between Western Loudoun and Eastern Loudoun counties with a regional championship on the line.
Woodgrove’s sophomore sensation Sadie Shores, looks to lead her team to their third straight victory over Briar Woods. Woodgrove is led by coach Derek Fisher with a lockdown defense and an electric offense. This is going to be one of the better high school rivalry games we have seen here in Loudoun County this year.
