Pike Road HS wins Class 5A football championship
PIKE ROAD, Ala. — The Pike Road High School varsity football team made history in December winning the 5A State Football Championship. The Patriots maintained a perfect 14-0 record on the season. They defeated Pleasant Grove with a final score of 51-14.
Ole Miss football coach Lane Kiffin was in attendance to watch commit Quinshon Judkins. Judkins ran the ball 33 times for 173 yards and scored three touchdowns. Defensive back Khurtiss Perry is the highest-rated prospect in the state and holds offers from Alabama, Auburn, Texas, and others.
