Seabreeze football shocks Bayside Bears in an unexpected win
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (BVM) — The Red Sand Crabs will be happy going into the new season after their impressive win against the Bayside Bears. Bayside ranked as the better team coming into the game.
Coach Pat Brown was happy with the performance after his boys won 22-0 without conceding a single point. It was a challenging game, but the Sand Crabs elevated their performance to fit the occasion. It was a clear statement by Seabreeze football telling their opponents not to celebrate just yet after they got snubbed in the High school rankings of the best football teams.
Talented defensive back Eli Campbell stole the show putting up an incredible performance to secure the win. He showed his impressive lockdown ability as well as his strength in what his coach describes as 鈥�’legit folding kids in half on contact.鈥�’
The Sand Crabs will be hoping to carry on this impressive performance into the new season on Friday as they face Spruce Creek Hawks in Port Orange.
